Insight Investment is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support Investment applications in London, covering Production and UAT with focus on Portfolio Management, OMS, and bespoke tools. The role spans trade flow, pricing, and overnight batch processing across Equities, Fixed Income, Money Market, Futures, ETD Options, and OTC Derivatives.

The candidate will engage with Front Office, Middle Office, Performance, Client Services and Risk teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and strong

Qualificações

• Proven track record supporting Order Management systems.
• Fast-paced, user-facing support experience.
• Strong SQL and familiarity with Cadis, Control M, QlikView, Reporting Services.

Responsabilidades

• Visibility - ensure business is aware of the support available.
• Expectation Management - provide honest appraisals of timescale; explain delays.
• Business Awareness - stay updated with key business strategies to maximize proactive support.
• Product Team interaction - maintain good relationships with product teams.
• Prioritisation - prioritise issue resolution based on business risk.
• Appropriate Solutions - ensure resolution steps match urgency and risk.
• Ownership - own issues even if resolution involves other teams.
• Escalation - escalate issues with potential financial, reputational, or regulatory impact to the Application Support Manager.
• Communication - provide users with updates on resolution status.
