Job summary

Marex is seeking an Application Support Analyst in London to own and resolve issues across front office and post-trade applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver reliable operational support and feature delivery.

The role requires strong Windows/Linux knowledge, scripting (PowerShell/Python) and experience in ITIL incident management within a financial services context. This is a full-time, on-site position in London.

Qualifications

• Solid background in Windows and Linux/Unix OS.
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Oracle in a financial services environment.
• Experience in ITIL incident management and uptime delivery.
• Strong documentation, communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for front office and back-office applications for internal and external clients.
• Handle second- and third-line support requests.
• Coordinate incidents and outages following ITIL standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, service desk and business teams to implement changes.
• Onboard and manage vendor system upgrades and ensure timely reporting.
