Selby Jennings in London is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our Front Office Trading Technology team. You will provide hands-on production support for Fixed Income and Derivatives trading platforms used by Sales and Trading across EMEA, coordinating with traders, developers and infrastructure.

You will own incidents, drive resolution, and help improve platform stability through runbooks and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Application/Trading/Production Support in investment banking or capital markets.
• Strong Linux/Unix and SQL skills with ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day production support for Front Office Fixed Income and Derivatives trading platforms.
• Monitor platforms and resolve production issues to minimize business disruption.
• Own high-priority incidents and coordinate with developers, infrastructure, business users and vendors.
• Support electronic trading workflows including pricing, RFQ, order management, execution, and STP processes.
• Troubleshoot market connectivity and FIX-related issues across trading platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and work with engineering to implement long-term solutions.
• Support production releases, upgrades and onboarding of new functionality.
• Create and maintain support documentation and runbooks.
