A leading retail company in the UK seeks a Supervisor to support Trade customers primarily in plumbing and electrical needs. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, guiding your team, and ensuring excellent service. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the trade industry and possesses strong interpersonal skills. This role offers a competitive salary, 28-33 days of annual leave, and excellent training opportunities within a supportive and growing team.
You’ll be the go-to person for our Trade customers. Representing the team on our Trade Sales Counter you’ll help our Trade customers predominately plumbers and electricians to get exactly what they need for the job. You don’t need to be an expert about Trade it’s all about relationship building and with the help of our excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns to support a healthy work life balance you’ll be on the right track for a promising career with us!
Hours are generally to be worked Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
Our hourly rates may include a location allowance which is reviewed annually and may change.
