Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Technical Coordinator to provide proactive technical and administrative support across Track Systems. You will coordinate telemetry for private tests, manage hardware orders and shipments, and maintain accurate records for events worldwide.

You will work closely with the Head of Track Systems, communicating with teams and suppliers, and helping improve processes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing administrative activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, pivot tables and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telemetry support for private tests and post-event follow-up.
• Act as primary point of contact for teams during private test planning.
• Provide financial reporting and forecasting support to Head of Department.
• Review and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Manage hardware sales, quotations, orders, deliveries and records.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory, shipment and tracking documentation for hardware lifecycle.
• Input event data into LifeCheck asset-tracking system and keep records updated.
• Prepare, configure and deploy hardware for events and customer requirements.
• Identify operational risks and propose practical solutions.
• Respond professionally to team and customer enquiries and maintain high service standards.
• Support projects and present research findings to stakeholders.
