Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders, deadlines or priorities.
• Experience managing administrative activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telemetry support requirements for private tests, planning and follow-up.
• Act as main contact for teams during private test planning, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Provide financial reporting and forecasting support to the Head of Track Systems.
• Review and improve operational processes and procedures for the role.
• Manage hardware sales to teams, including quotations, orders, deliveries and records.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to support timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment and tracking documentation for hardware lifecycle management.
• Coordinate priority shipments of Return Material Authorisation hardware to events and locations worldwide.
• Input event data into the LifeCheck asset-tracking system and keep information updated.
• Produce and maintain technical records and reports; support hardware deployment for events.
• Identify operational risks and propose practical solutions; escalate when needed.
• Respond to team and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
