Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a proactive Technical Coordinator to deliver organised technical and administrative support across Track Systems. You will coordinate telemetry for private tests, manage hardware orders, and maintain records, working closely with the Head of Track Systems to ensure efficient operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English at pass grade or equivalent.
• A degree or higher national qualification in a relevant subject is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telemetry support for private tests from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for teams during private test planning and issue resolution.
• Provide financial reporting and forecasting support to Head of Department.
• Improve operational processes and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Manage hardware sales, quotations, orders, deliveries and records.
