Job summary

Formula One Management Limited is seeking a proactive Technical Coordinator to provide comprehensive technical and administrative support across Track Systems. You will coordinate telemetry for private tests, manage hardware orders, and maintain accurate records while liaising with teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders worldwide.

With strong organisational and IT skills, you will help ensure operations run efficiently, support financial reporting, and contribute to ongoing departmental

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Mathematics and English (C or above).
• Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject preferred.
• A-level/BTEC or equivalent technical qualification with practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telemetry support for private tests and manage post-event follow-up.
• Act as primary contact for teams during private test planning and issue resolution.
• Provide financial reporting and forecasting support to Head of Department.
• Review and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Manage hardware sales, quotations, orders, deliveries and records.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory, shipment and tracking documentation for hardware lifecycle.
• Input event data into LifeCheck asset-tracking system and keep records updated.
• Produce technical records and reports and support hardware deployment.
• Identify operational risks and propose practical solutions.
• Respond to enquiries professionally and maintain customer service standards.
• Support departmental projects with research and findings.
• Ensure all activities comply with procedures, confidentiality, safety and quality.
