Job summary

Formula 1 seeks a proactive Technical Coordinator for our Track Systems team. You will coordinate telemetry for private tests, manage hardware orders and shipments, and support financial reporting, working closely with the Head of Track Systems to keep operations efficient.

You will maintain records, improve processes, and build strong relationships with teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders while upholding safety and quality standards across global events.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders, deadlines or competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel: data analysis, pivot tables, and maintaining records.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to produce professional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telemetry support for private tests and test events.
• Manage hardware orders, quotations, deliveries and records.
• Provide financial reporting and forecasting support to Head of Track Systems.
• Improve operational processes and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Liaise with teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
