  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Working variable hours, sometimes at short notice.

ARC is the largest racecourse group in the UK, where we race almost every day of the year. We focus on providing wonderful experiences for raceday visitors, corporate clients and families looking to enjoy our diverse venues.

We are now looking for Raceday Track Assistants to join our team of casual workers at Ffos Las Racecourse.

Responsibilities
  • Treading the turf track back on race and non‑race days.
  • Fleecing the track as required.
  • Assisting with cleaning down the running rail as required.
  • Assisting with cleaning out the stables as required.
  • Traveling independently to various locations across the Midlands.
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Working variable hours, sometimes at short notice, ranging between 4 to 12 hours per day depending on requirements.
Qualifications
  • Good attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Relevant experience within the horseracing or equine industries or a general interest in racing.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Punctual and reliable.
