Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a third party claims environment.
• Ability to handle personal injury claims in compliance with company policies.
• Strong mentoring and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of third party claims handlers.
• Measure team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify development needs.
• Handle team technical referrals daily and authorise payments.

Skills

Full TP experience in dealing with property damage, credit hire and personal injury

Previous leadership experience in a TP claims environment

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Good leadership skills

Strong customer service and resolution skills

Ability to mentor and train

Full understanding of delivery of department KPI’s and SLA’s
