Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Toyota Dealership in Coventry. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Excellent basic salary and benefits with an OTE of £32,000.

You will be directly involved in supplying Toyota parts to the general public, trade customers, and our workshops. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service for one of the world’s leading car brands.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Order Preparation: Responsible for pre-picking parts for workshop job cards, customer orders, and checking stock availability from various inquiries.
2. Sales and Customer Service: Develop customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls, walk-in customers, and internet inquiries by providing product knowledge and creating a positive first impression.
3. Stock Control: Ensure consumables and service parts are replenished regularly to provide swift service to our workshop, departments, and customers.
4. Warranty Claims Processing: Handle warranty claims related to parts issues and complete all relevant administration promptly, including customer records and invoicing.

• Ideally, you will have motor factor knowledge from a similar role with another franchise or specialist parts company.

• A well-presented individual with the desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
• The ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
