As a Parts Advisor, you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face-to-face or over the phone.
Main Responsibilities
A Parts Advisor needs to ensure that walk-in and telephone customers are promptly attended to and that sales targets are achieved. They are meticulous with the administration of the parts department, check stock levels and deliveries. You will always aim to deliver an exceptional experience to all customers, whether internal or external.
Alongside your customer-first attitude, you will maximize sales, maintain customer retention, and overachieve on targets. A passion for the product and delivering outstanding customer service will be evident in everything you do.
