• Base salary of up to £28k
• Additional efficiency bonus of up to £32k

Parts Advisor Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy parts hub in Leicester. As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure all order deadlines are met and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.

You will also:

• Become an expert in OE & Aftermarket products.
• Use good communication skills and telephone manner to sell and upsell products.
• Ensure accuracy in invoicing and estimating.
• Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margins, and provide excellent service.
• Handle calls promptly and participate in promotions and campaigns.
• Utilize business data to identify opportunities across customer types and products.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Support strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Provide technical and logistical assistance and handle customer requests.

Let’s Work Together

We are looking for an automotive parts advisor with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Stellantis or another automotive network, ideally in parts distribution or logistics. Candidates should have demonstrable parts experience, computer skills, and experience with database packages, email, and internet. As a customer-facing role, excellent service and parts knowledge are essential.
