About The Role

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and ready to advance your career? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Parts Advisor to support our fast-paced Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) operations at our RAC Bescot office in Walsall.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and work closely with a dynamic team of Vehicle Technicians and parts suppliers, ensuring efficient sourcing of components to keep our customers on the road.

What you’ll do…

• Support the SMR Contact Centre and Mobile Mechanics with vehicle parts-related queries
• Liaise with external suppliers to source parts quickly and cost-effectively
• Manage parts return processes, ensuring credits are received and inventory is accurate
• Analyze parts cost and availability to support strategic planning
• Collaborate with analysts to develop data-driven solutions to improve operations
• Monitor UK parts market trends to identify opportunities and risks

What we’re looking for…

• Experience working with vehicle parts (in a parts advisor or supplier role)
• Commercially astute with a record of value-driven decisions
• Excellent IT skills and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
