Vertu Ford Birmingham has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our team!
We offer a basic salary of £26,000 plus company benefits.
The role requires working alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.
Our onsite team is committed to providing an excellent customer experience and professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include handling incoming trade parts inquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.
You should be able to accurately identify parts to meet customer requirements, effectively utilize product promotions to achieve targets, identify and maximize upsell opportunities to grow sales, and maintain your knowledge of new or updated parts through training and reading relevant materials.
Ideally, you will have parts experience from a similar role within the motor industry. You should be ambitious, proactive in seeking new sales opportunities within our customer database, and aim to exceed parts sales objectives daily.
