Parts Advisor / Parts Supervisor, Leicester

This role is with a main dealership based in Leicester, seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to provide top-quality service at the parts counter. Ideal candidates will have dealership or supplier experience in an automotive parts department.

The responsibilities include:

1. Optimising sales of Parts and Accessories to retail customers, sales department, and workshop customers.
2. Meeting customer needs and increasing parts business through direct selling.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
4. Confirming and explaining all paperwork to customers.
5. Preparing invoices and explaining parts details.
6. Arranging collection times and payment methods.
7. Scheduling future contact appointments.

Requirements include fluent IT skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, teamwork and individual work ability, and customer interaction over the phone and face-to-face.
