Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake site appraisals, feasibility studies, and prepare planning applications

• Deliver expert planning advice to a broad client base

• Manage and coordinate planning submissions and appeals

• Represent clients in discussions with local authorities and stakeholders

• Contribute to emerging policy consultations and local plan representations

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited)

• MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership

• Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy

• Excellent communication and report writing skills
