Town Planner – Birmingham
Are you ready to shape the future of places and spaces? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded planning consultancy, is looking to expand its team with the addition of a talented Town Planner based in the Birmingham area.
With a strong national presence and offices in the Midlands, this consultancy is known for securing planning permissions for a wide range of exciting and complex projects – from strategic land promotions to heritage-led redevelopments, across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.
You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team where your expertise will directly influence development strategies and successful outcomes.

Undertake site appraisals, feasibility studies, and prepare planning applications
Deliver expert planning advice to a broad client base

Contribute to emerging policy consultations and local plan representations
A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited)
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy
Excellent communication and report writing skills
A collaborative approach with a client-focused mindset
