Job summary

RELX is seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits partner to lead total reward initiatives across multiple countries, working with HR leaders to analyse market data and implement pay and incentive programmes.

You will provide expert guidance on HR data, analytics, job evaluation and compliance, while collaborating with stakeholders to inform salary reviews and retention strategies.

Based in London, RELX offers a collaborative environment with focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and implementing compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition.
• Advanced ability to collect, cleanse, analyse, interpret and model HR data.
• Experience using HRIS and related tools to manage data and reporting.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, translating analysis into clear recommendations.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and interpret regulatory requirements independently.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of compensation, benefits and incentive programmes with analysis and reporting.
• Deliver HR analytics and annual pay reviews with actionable insights.
• Contribute to HR frameworks, job evaluation and policy compliance.
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders and manage communications.
• Support HR data collection and coordinate with external consultants on projects.
