Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Total Rewards Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape and deliver compensation programmes across the EMEA region. You will design, implement, and administer programs, drive market competitiveness, and provide expert consultation to HR and leadership.

The role emphasizes data analytics, job evaluations, and coordination of annual compensation processes with cross-functional teams. Strong Excel, Power BI, and Oracle HCM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in a related field.
• 5 years' combined experience in compensation, finance or HR, including 3 years in compensation program administration/analytics.
• Strong fundamentals in market pricing, job evaluations, base pay and incentive administration.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting compensation design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present analytics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation and administration of compensation programs to drive market competitiveness; participate in market data surveys; analyze market data and labor trends.
• Provide consultation to HR, Talent Acquisition and leadership on compensation strategies and program options.
• Conduct job evaluations to support internal/external equity and new job creation.
• Drive annual compensation processes including merit, promotions, annual bonus and long-term incentives with data audits and reporting.
• Lead projects and provide subject matter expertise; develop recommendations for leadership.
• Develop communications and tools to drive engagement and understanding of compensation programs.
