The role requires strong experience in pay analytics, project management, and proficiency with Excel/Power BI/SAP to drive end-to-end reward programs.

Qualifications

• Solid reward experience covering pay, benchmarking and analytics.
• End to end salary review and bonus experience.
• Project and change management skills.
• Reward systems, Excel, Power BI or SAP experience.
