Job summary

EDF Trading is seeking a Total Reward specialist to join our London HR team. You will design and deliver global reward programmes, model salary ranges, benchmark markets and manage benefits. You will work with stakeholders across markets to drive compensation decisions.

You will leverage Workday, BI tools and benchmarking surveys to improve processes, ensure pay equity and deliver analytics for senior leadership. This hybrid role offers global collaboration and visible impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward, compensation, and people analytics.
• Experience with HR systems and data, including Workday.
• Experience of supporting reward activities such as salary reviews, benchmarking, incentive plans or benefits administration.
• Experience within financial services, commodities, trading or investment banking environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to HR colleagues and stakeholders on reward policies and market practice.
• Deliver annual reward activities including modelling salary ranges and bonus outcomes.
• Maintain global job catalogue, salary ranges/attributes and job profiles.
• Support Workday transactions and analyses related to pay equity and benefits.
