Job summary

IQ-EQ seeks a strategic Reward leader in London to influence compensation, benefits, and recognition across a global organisation. You will work with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders to strengthen the employee value proposition and attract, retain, and engage talent.

You will oversee governance of reward programmes, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive equity/LTIP administration as the company grows and evolves in a complex regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mature global rewards function with exposure to reward and recognition programs, equity/LTIP schemes, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
• Contributed to reward strategy development and delivery across multi-jurisdictional, matrixed environments.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset and AI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, and reward programmes aligned to objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the compensation and benefits budget and key vendor relationships; advise stakeholders across the organisation.
• Lead the annual salary review including base salary and incentive pay; oversee executive reward processes.
• Design reward structures for new and emerging markets and support equity/LTIP administration.
• Develop and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals; deliver regular reporting and analytics.
