Toolmaker / Precision Engineer

12.50 - £20 / hr Depending on experience + Progression + Training + Overtime.

Mansfield, ( Ideally located Nottingham, Chesterfield & surrounding areas )

This is a hands‑on role based in their workshop, assisting with Powder Compacting, Tool Repair / Service, Tool maintenance.

In this role you will be working with a small team of engineers, the work is low-volume and highly varied, with most jobs being one-off or bespoke components.

This role would suit somebody with an engineering qualification / experience, specifically Grinding / Milling / Eroding / bench work / mould tooling

The Role

• Grinding, milling, eroding, and bench work
• Mould tool manufacture, repair, and maintenance (desirable)
• Read and work from engineering drawings
• Days based (Monday to Friday)

The Person

• Able to manage own time and workload effectively
• Comfortable working on one-off and bespoke jobs (non-production)
• Engineering skills, tool proficiency
