First Response Site Services Limited is seeking an experienced Hire Desk Controller in Rainham, Essex. This role involves managing hire orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service while working within a supportive team.

Working hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Taking and progressing hire orders.
• Ensuring delivery promises are kept.
• Dealing with customer stock enquiries.
• Promptly off-hiring equipment on request.
• Keeping the database constantly updated.
• Identifying upselling opportunities.
• Working closely with the tool hire and site supplies teams.
