ST Selection Ltd is recruiting an experienced Hire Desk Controller in Hatfield to join a national construction hire company. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and coordinate orders and equipment collections.

The role offers a busy office environment, training on the product range, and a salary up to £32,000 per year plus a 7.5% bonus. Suitable candidates from a busy customer service background are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy office based customer service role.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact for customer enquiries
• Receive orders and coordinate collection of equipment
• Prepare and supply quotes
• Plan transport for deliveries and collections
• Deal with damages, calculate costs and recover payments
• Full training on product range will be provided
