First Response Site Services Limited is seeking an experienced Hire Desk Controller in Rainham, Essex. This role involves managing hire orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service while working within a supportive team.

• Taking and progressing hire orders.
• Ensuring delivery promises are kept.

• Identifying upselling opportunities.
• Working closely with the tool hire and site supplies teams.

Our tool hire division in Rainham is seeking an experienced Hire Desk Controller with excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for the successful applicant.

You will be responsible for the efficient hire & procurement of equipment made by our customers. In this role you will also need to be able to handle damage reports, off-hire unwanted equipment and provide an excellent customer service no matter how busy you are.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Hire Controller to make your mark in our friendly team and grow with us.
