• Manage customer hire enquiries, bookings, extensions and off-hires.
• Provide excellent service by phone, email, and internal systems.
• Process hire orders, quotations and documentation accurately.
• Coordinate equipment availability with depots and operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to maximise hire revenue.
• Resolve queries promptly and maintain records.
• Support team to achieve service levels and targets.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and promote safety.
