Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage depot hire operations to meet service delivery levels in a professional manner.
• Oversee local hire fleet stock and coordinate with internal teams to maximise supply.
• Audit local hire contract activity to support quality management.
• Quality manage new hire contracts and off-hires locally and answer general enquiries.
• Support central logistics to ensure efficient local and central transport.
• With central Re-hire, identify and prioritise customer requirements to maximise growth opportunities.
• Handle inbound calls and sales enquiries to support the local team.
• Provide hire and transport rate support when Depot Manager is unavailable.
• Identify new business opportunities from inbound enquiries and work with teams to win new business.
• Contribute to outbound sales to develop existing and new customer accounts.
• Support and contribute to sales growth targets for all FTH products and services.
