Job summary

PATH Recruitment is recruiting a Hire Controller to be the customer’s first point of contact within a busy hire desk, based in the Manchester area. You will build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients while coordinating equipment hire and deliveries to meet deadlines.

Working on a fast-paced desk you will manage queries, process paperwork, and liaise with procurement and depots to source equipment from third parties.

Qualifications

• Build important relationships with internal and external clients.
• You will be hiring, rehiring and sourcing equipment from third party suppliers.
• Manage a fast paced and busy hire desk.
• Liaise with colleagues, other depots, and procurement teams to ensure equipment delivery on schedule.
• Resolve any queries or claims as Hire Desk Controller professionally, with complete paperwork.
