Overview

Time-Served Welder Fabricator

Rate: £26/hr (Mon–Fri), £30/hr (Weekends) – CIS or Umbrella Payroll Only

Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate (following successful trade test)

This role is workshop-based with some site installation work as required, working on a variety of projects within the dairy, beverage, food, and healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding to a high standard on stainless steel.
• Fabrication of tanks, pressure vessels, pipework, and associated assemblies.
• Workshop-based fabrication with occasional site installation duties.
• Working from technical drawings and ensuring work meets strict hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

• Time-served welder fabricator with proven TIG welding experience.
• Previous experience in dairy, food, beverage, or healthcare sectors (essential).
• Ability to work on tanks, pressure vessels, and process pipework.
• Must pass a trade test prior to starting.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Local candidates only – no travel or accommodation provided.
• CIS or Umbrella payroll only.
