The role

The day to day activities will be the welding for thick plate

Pay/Shifts/Perks

• Day Shift
• Hours (39 hour week)
• 06.45 - 15:15 Monday to Thursday.
• 06:45 - 14:15 Friday
• Pay
• Basic (permanent): £17.36 per hour
• OT1: £26.04 per hour
• Sunday/Bank holiday: £34.72 per hour

You will need to pass the following weld test

• Our initial test will involve welding a 25mm thick plate
• Single Sided TIG root, 2nd and 3rd pass
• Welding the below test piece in the down hand position half way full with MAG
• Welding the below test piece in the vertical up position the remainder of the way with FCAW
