Job summary

Coventry City Football Club Ltd. seeks a Ticketing Systems Operations Executive to plan, administer, and deliver ticketing across matchdays and events.

You will maintain systems, manage inventories and manifests, and support efficient ticket sales with keen attention to detail. Reporting to the Head of Ticketing, you will provide detailed reporting, ensure policy compliance, and deliver outstanding service to supporters and partners in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering ticketing operations in a sporting or events environment.
• Configuring and managing ticketing platforms and event setups.
• Experience with Ticketmaster Sport XR.
• Experience with Fortress GB access control system.
• Strong analytical skills to produce accurate reports from ticket data.
• High attention to detail and GDPR/data protection compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills; able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and within a team; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, matchdays and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ticketing systems, ensuring events, inventories, pricing, and manifests are configured and tested.
• Review stadium manifests and allocations to optimise ticket availability.
• Ensure ticketing activities comply with club policies and event requirements.
• Support Head of Ticketing with delivery of operations for matchdays and events.
• Manage ticket fulfillment and distribution within agreed timescales.
• Provide accurate reporting and analysis of ticketing performance to senior management.
• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Respond to ticketing enquiries professionally; resolve issues for supporters and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver all ticketed events.
• Identify improvements to ticketing processes, system functionality, and customer experience.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and data handling procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Club professionalism.
• Undertake other duties to support Ticketing Department operational effectiveness.
