Job summary

Liverpool FC is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Ticketing, Access & Hospitality Systems to support the club's ticketing, hospitality and access control across football and non-football events. You will help with setup, testing, validation and ongoing operations to ensure a seamless supporter experience and successful event delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, produce reports, handle issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing or access control environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication under pressure in fast-paced events.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and delivery of ticketing, hospitality and access systems for events.
• Assist with event setup, ticket fulfilment, barcode management and readiness.
• Perform pre-event validation checks for accuracy and functioning of systems.
• Monitor systems during events and resolve related issues.
• Produce operational reports and analyse attendance and entry data.
• Investigate supporter enquiries related to ticketing and access records.
• Maintain system user access, permissions and governance controls.
• Support renewals, system rollovers and contingency testing.
• Deliver training on ticketing and access control processes.
