Relevent Football Partners is seeking a highly experienced Ticketing Manager to oversee ticketing operations for UEFA men’s club competitions. The role involves managing inventory for season and finals, coordinating with UC3, UEFA, and commercial partners, and ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.

You will report to the Global Ticketing Lead and collaborate with internal teams, technology providers, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven track record of delivering ticketing programmes for major international sporting events.
• Exceptional project management, attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with stakeholders.
• Strong ability to build relationships and deliver client service.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communications.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day ticketing operations across the lifecycle.
• Understand UEFA ticketing processes and systems.
• Be main point of contact for commercial partners, UC3 and UEFA teams.
• Deliver season and final ticketing operations with deadlines and financial reconciliation.
• Coordinate on-site matchday ticketing logistics and box office supervision.
• Prepare post-event reporting.
