Responsibilities
  • Modernising ticketing operations – mapping existing workflows and designing a centralised, API‑driven manifest creation system supported by clear SOPs and best practices across teams and partners.
  • Building a unified data and reporting ecosystem – developing a data warehouse and intuitive dashboards that surface real‑time insights, enable self‑service reporting, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Delivering innovative profit‑optimisation tools – leading the creation of a collaborative 3D venue manifest platform and related applications that help promoters and internal teams maximise revenue.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and partners – acting as the technical bridge between ticketing providers, internal departments, and senior leadership to align goals and drive transformation.
  • Overseeing project delivery and governance – managing timelines, budgets, and risks using agile principles while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR).
  • Working with leading ticketing partners AXS, Eventim, and Ticketmaster, and internal teams, promoters, and senior stakeholders across UK and EU venues.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data analytics, business technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in data modelling, SQL, and ETL concepts, with experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and API integration using modern web technologies.
  • Confidence working with large datasets and translating complex ticketing data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike and coordinate effectively across teams and partners.
  • A creative, solutions‑focused approach – enthusiasm for innovation, particularly in visualising venue layouts and exploring new ways to optimise revenue.
