Overview

Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in delivering safe, person‑centred care.
  • Support individuals in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary discussions.
  • Observe and understand behaviours to adapt care appropriately.
  • Build therapeutic, trusting relationships with patients.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
  • No previous experience as a healthcare assistant required.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Reliability, integrity and attention to detail.
  • Confidence to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

You will work 12.5‑hour shifts, 3–4 days per week, including nights and weekends.
