You will play a pivotal role in testing our Data Lake systems, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Data Lake infrastructure. This role is critical in maintaining the quality and reliability of our Data Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning and Design: Prioritize testing, develop test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Test Execution: Conduct functional, regression, and performance tests; validate data flows, ETL processes, and transformations.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, track defects, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
• Documentation: Maintain test documentation and prepare summary reports.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers and analysts; participate in Agile/Scrum meetings.

Skills & Experience

• Technical Skills: Expertise in data testing, tools (SQL, Nutter, DAX Studio), and Data Lake technologies (Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks).
• Experience: Background as a Systems Tester or QA Engineer, with ETL, data warehousing, and test automation tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
