Qualifications

• Strong experience in semiconductor Bench Testing and ATE production system development.
• Proficiency in semiconductor testing processes with high volume production experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics circuits operation and test methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ASIC engineering team to develop efficient production testing methods.
• Design test hardware for production multisite testing.
• Innovate test methods to optimise yield and reduce costs.
• Develop test program code and participate in code reviews.
• Build detailed test plans and identify root causes for test issues.
• Perform pre-production activities and support qualification testing.
• Develop hardware checker programs and scripts for troubleshooting.
