Job summary

Reed in Partnership is hiring a Test Centre Associate in Carlisle to invigilate exams and ensure the smooth delivery of tests for candidates. You will follow the programme guidelines, safeguard test integrity, and deliver high-quality customer service.

The role offers flexible part-time and occasional shifts with morning, afternoon, evening and weekend slots. A full UK driving licence is not always required, but you will need excellent attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multitask.
• Experience working with diverse customer groups.
• Flexible hours and days, including evenings and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service.
• Checking candidates' ID documents and booking them in on the system.
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with queries.
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedules.
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring the test centre meets candidate needs under Equality Act and inclusion policy.
