Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Ability to adapt to shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in exam invigilation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Invigilate exams and ensure secure, professional delivery of tests.
• Check candidates' IDs and register them in the system.
• Maintain test centre security and integrity throughout sessions.
• Explain test processes and assist with candidate queries.
• Open and close test centre procedures daily and report incidents.
