Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Associate in Workington to invigilate exams and deliver tests in line with DVSA standards. You will provide a high level of customer service, verify candidate IDs and maintain test integrity throughout each session.

The role offers flexible, part-time or occasional shifts, with morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday slots, and a commitment to equality and inclusion in our diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (not required for all locations).
• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility in working hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide invigilation and ensure test integrity during exams.
• Check candidate IDs and register them in the system.
• Open and close test centre procedures daily.
• Explain the test process and assist with queries from candidates.
