Pay and Hours

Our Tesco colleague rate starts from £12.45/hr, increasing to £13.66 inside the M25. Night shift premium of £2.35/hr applies between midnight and 6am. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, with options for 12 hours/week. We schedule shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice.
