Territory Sales Manager – ENT (Scotland)

We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and dynamic team!

This is a fantastic chance to join Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing ENT division, offering a portfolio of capital, consumable, and disposable products supporting surgical specialties within ENT. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional committed to territorial growth.

As a Territory Sales Manager in the ENT team, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes using our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing excellent customer service and patient focus.

You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, clinical staff training, and supporting surgical cases in operating theatres.

The territory covers Scotland and the North East of England. Ideally, the candidate will reside within this territory.

What you need
  • Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business, or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in medical device sales
  • Experience in capital sales
  • A proactive approach with a results-driven mindset
  • Drive and desire to succeed

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen, preferably with NHS/private sector knowledge
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
