Territory Sales Manager – ENT (Scotland)

We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector looking for a highly talented medical device salesperson to join a supportive, ambitious, and fun team!

Our portfolio includes capital, consumables, and disposables supporting surgical specialties and procedures within ENT. We seek an ambitious and hardworking sales professional committed to growing their territory.

As a Territory Sales Manager in the ENT team, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to helping customers improve patient care and outcomes with our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing excellent customer service and patient focus.

You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will also involve conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, product training for clinical staff, and supporting cases in operating theatres.

The territory covers Scotland and the North East of England. Ideally, the Territory Sales Manager will reside within this territory.

What you need
  • Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success in medical device sales
  • Experience in capital sales
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on results
  • Drive and desire to succeed
  • Alignment with our values: Integrity, Accountability, People, Performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen, preferably with NHS/Private sector knowledge
  • A full, valid driver’s license
  • Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
