Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own the Cumbria and Sellafield region, driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with existing customers and new prospects.

You will manage the sales cycle, develop opportunities, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM records, and report progress to the Regional Sales Manager while delivering against set targets and KPIs.

The role offers a quarterly bonus and company car with a clear development path within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; IT literacy including Excel.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop long-term partnerships with key clients.
• Manage and update CRM to track activity and opportunities.
• Respond quickly to incoming sales enquiries.
• Meet and exceed activity targets and KPIs.
• Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and secure framework agreements.
• Provide updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
