Ainscough Crane Hire is looking for an Area Sales Manager to own growth across the Bristol region, building strong client relationships and driving revenue. You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and deliver against sales targets with a focus on service excellence.

Formación

• Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills for complex deals.
• Confidence in building relationships and closing deals.
• Excellent presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to succeed.
• Good IT skills, especially Excel and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop long-term partnerships with key clients.
• Manage and update CRM to track activity and opportunities.
• Respond quickly to incoming sales enquiries.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Negotiate contracts and secure framework agreements.
• Provide updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
