Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own the Stockton-on-Tees territory and drive revenue growth across the Yorkshire & Lincolnshire region. You will build strong relationships with existing customers and new prospects, managing inquiries, and delivering against targets.

The role emphasizes relationship building, negotiation, and proactive sales activity, with performance-based bonuses and a structured development plan. Experience in crane hire or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop long-term partnerships with key clients.
• Maintain and update CRM with activity and opportunities.
• Respond quickly to incoming sales enquiries.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and secure framework agreements.
• Provide updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
