Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking an Area Sales Manager to take ownership of the Cumbria & Sellafield region, driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.

You will manage a robust pipeline, close deals, and contribute to quarterly and annual targets, supported by a company car, quarterly bonuses, and a structured career development plan.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Confidence in building relationships and closing deals.
• Excellent presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated with drive to succeed.
• Good IT skills across MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop long-term partnerships with key clients.
• Manage and update CRM to keep activity and opportunities on track.
• Respond quickly to incoming sales enquiries.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and secure framework agreements.
