With over 20 overseas offices across every continent and over 700 staff globally, Peak is one of Scotland’s manufacturing success stories of the past decade.

As a result of an internal promotion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager to drive growth across North Africa and the Near East, managing and developing relationships with distributor partners and OEMs in Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia and Pakistan. This is a strategic role focused on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring partners receive the highest level of support.

  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Building strong, multi-level relationships with partners in the territory.
  • Providing sales advice, marketing support, product recommendations, and technical information.
  • Conducting regular visits to the region to deliver training and strengthen partnerships.
  • Negotiating sales agreements while maintaining profit margins.
  • Managing leads, opportunities, quotations, and purchase orders accurately in CRM.
  • Developing and reviewing strategic territory plans to close gaps and achieve goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (orders, logistics, service, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Representing Peak at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  • Monitoring personal sales performance and escalating risks of non-achievement.
  • Supporting and leading complaint resolution and escalations with local partners.

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience, ideally selling capital equipment to laboratory markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and detail oriented.
  • Ability to solve problems, anticipate customer needs, and deliver results.
  • Fluency in French and English; conversational Arabic and cultural awareness highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across North Africa and the Near East.
Why Join Peak Scientific?
  • Be part of a global, innovative company with a strong reputation in the market.
